Objective: Create a new identity for H&H International to reflect the company’s singular focus on providing “one stop” service and support for fluid evacuation and dismantling equipment for end-of-life vehicle (ELV) recyclers.

Strategy: Redefine the company as a specialized industry resource providing design and business planning expertise as well as a wide range of integrated equipment solutions; respond to the industry’s urgent need for better solutions for productivity, safety and environmental responsibility.

Solution: “Recycler’s Source” corporate identity and rebranding launch

Results/Commentary: After developing the brand look with a logo and stationery applications for the new name, the rebranding was launched at Canada’s largest recycling trade show with a new booth and demonstration display. A template design for a website focused on customers’ goals and the range of solutions offered.

At the show and at subsequent events, Recyclers Source attracted attention as more than a simple reseller of packaged systems: a value-added supplier who is open to hearing and responding creatively to customer needs for consistent environmental compliance, jobsite safety and business profitability. With virtually no traditional advertising to drive traffic, the new website attracted nearly 3000 visitors in its first six months.

MEA AwardAt a global conference of sales staff and distributors for its primary equipment line, Recyclers Source was recognized with a marketing award for its new look and new strategy.

This program was selected for a Marketing Effectiveness Award by the Summit International Awards group in the rebranding category.
